East Asian Super League announces match schedule

 Asia’s best basketball teams compete in Utsunomiya and Okinawa, Japan.

The East Asian Super League (EASL) has announced the schedule for the EASL Champions Week matches to be held in Utsunomiya and Okinawa, Japan, from March 1 to 5. EASL Champions Week brings together the best basketball club teams in East Asia to compete for the top spot in Asia.

The winning prize is 250,000 dollars (about 300 million won). Runner-up and third place will receive $100,000 and $50,000, respectively. 메이저놀이터

EASL CEO Matt Bayer said, “EASL hasn’t played in over three years due to COVID-19. We’re delighted to host the EASL Champions Week in Japan in collaboration with the Japanese B-League. The popularity of basketball in Japan and other Asian countries continues to rise, and Yes, EASL Champions Week will be the foundation for the EASL home and away season starting in October.”

A total of 10 matches will be held in Japan from March 1 to 5. As Korean representatives, last season’s championship match winner Seoul SK and runner-up team Anyang KGC Ginseng Corporation will participate. In addition, the previous season’s Japanese B-League champion and Yang Jae-min’s team, Utsunomiya Brex, will also participate.

Meanwhile, EASL will announce information on how to watch Champions Week and how to purchase tickets at a later date.
