Regarding the controversy over figure skater Lee Hae-in (19), who was suspended for three years by the Korea Skating Union for sexually harassing a junior player during the off-season training, A, who was designated as a victim, asked for restraint, saying that reckless criticism and threats are being made against him based on speculation that is different from the facts. 먹튀검증
Son Won-woo, a lawyer at Weon, a law firm that is in charge of A’s legal representative, released a press release on the 3rd and said, “Since the announcement of the results of the retrial of Lee Hae-in and A, there have been indiscriminate criticism and threats against A based on speculation that is different from the facts.”
“This is a clear criminal act,” he said. “We will take corresponding legal action against spreading and reproducing some maliciously false facts.”
Earlier, Lee Hae-in was found to have drunk alcohol in his accommodation during the national figure skating training in Barresse, Italy, in May, and allegations were raised that he committed sexual acts against junior player A in addition to drinking during the federation’s investigation.
After its own investigation, the federation imposed a severe three-year suspension on the interested person, and reprimanded the underage player A, judging that his visit to Lee’s accommodation was a violation of the reinforcement training regulations.
In response, Lee asked for a retrial by the Korea Sports and Fair Trade Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Fair Trade Commission), saying that the federation’s investigation was conducted without recognizing that it was in a relationship with its junior player A.
In this regard, A said, “During the investigation of the Ice Rink Federation on June 5, he stated that he did not think the actions of the stakeholders were criminal acts,” adding, “Never in the course of a series of investigations and the Fair Trade Commission said he wanted to punish the stakeholders. I never said I felt ashamed of the actions of the stakeholders.”
In addition, he said, “I conveyed my intention to write a petition to Lee Hae-in’s lawyer during the Korean Sports Council’s retrial process, but it was rejected,” adding, “I regret that player A announced his position at a time when time was running out, and it contained some misleading content.”
In addition, the lawyer said, “Excessive accusations and threats are being made against A and his family based on fictional rumors and speculations,” adding, “This is a clear criminal act. We ask you to refrain from spreading and expanding false information.”
