Korea University will participate in the World College Basketball Series 2023 as Korea’s representative.
The All Japan University Basketball Federation (JUBF) announced on the 10th that “the World University Basketball Series 2023 will be held at the 2nd Gymnasium of Yoyogi National Stadium in Tokyo, Japan from August 10th to 13th.”먹튀검증
This competition marks the first step towards an international basketball competition established in 2022. Eight university teams from seven countries, including host country Japan, Korea, the United States, Australia, Taiwan, the Philippines, and Indonesia will participate.
The tournament will be held in a knockout tournament format and will begin on the 10th with a head-to-head match between the Japanese University selection team and Ateneo de Manila University (Philippines). Korea University will play its first preliminary match against Radford University on the 11th at 1:30 p.m.
Korea University will represent Korea as the champion of the 2022 KUSF College Basketball U-League.
